Job Description/Requirements:
As a Cloud Consulting Leader, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
- Work with key AIMDek Providers, life sciences or MedTech clients to shape and plan large-scale cloud transformation initiatives
- HL7 and FHIR certified required
- Lead Healthcare cloud consulting service offerings and work closely with the Sales team to develop large-scale cloud transformation opportunities
- Lead solution development in response to RFPs
- Work with Client CxOs in developing transformation strategy and roadmap from technology, hybrid cloud, processes, modernization, change management, service management, governance, FINOPS and compliance perspectives
- Lead delivery of consulting engagements and create downstream implementation/ migration projects
- Develop right skills, frameworks, tools, and partnerships to deliver successful consulting services and downstream implementation services
- Engage with Hyperscalers and develop thought leadership on Cloud offerings for healthcare industry
- Develop industry best practices and healthcare industry thought leadership in external healthcare industry forums
- Demonstrate understanding of leading healthcare players (EMRs like EPIC/Cerner) Cloud and infrastructure strategy and fitment to client business goals
- Demonstrate deep understanding of client business and strategy and impact of Cloud adoption to achieving client business goals
- Candidate will be based in US or India and should have 15 to 20 years of experience with significant exposure to healthcare providers, ISVs and medical technologies on adoption of Cloud
- Deep understanding of nuances Cloud solutions and investments by Hyperscalers for healthcare providers
- Ability to work with senior executive teams and ability to manage their priorities while driving agreements across varied business drivers and priorities
- Demonstrate authority on Cloud ecosystem across AWS, Azure and Google and their fitment to healthcare and client business goals
- Hands-on delivery expertise with ownership of successful client delivery
- Expected travel would be as per program requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
- Technical certifications are desirable
